Job Title: Sales Executive (no cold calling)

Location: Leeds – Horsforth or Birstall Retail Park (J27, M62)

Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 depending on experience plus commission and bonuses

The Role

• Strong focus on existing client account management
• Build relationships with existing clients to create future business opportunities
• Keep prospective client database updated
• Maintain knowledge of all service offerings within the group
• Target dormant or lapsed accounts to reactivate them

You will be provided with all the tools you need to do the job including company laptop and phone and all the ongoing training and support you need

Skills and Experience

• Experience within a similar role type and industry is desirable
• Ability and confidence to build relationships over the phone
• Excellent customer relationship management
• Ability to upsell current products
• Represent the company in a professional and approachable manner
• Organised approach
• Strong IT skills
