Location: Birstall, Leeds

Hours: Full Time

Salary: £22,000 – £24,000 depending on experience

Closing Date: 15th February 2024

Role Summary: This role is hybrid role with 50% of the role supporting the Senior Leadership Team and general office admin duties and 50% providing admin support to our C80 Solutions team.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • General administration duties including, answering calls and email, taking messages and filing
  • Provide administrative support to SLT
  • Support in organising meetings / interviews and provide administrative support as required – room booking, paperwork, hospitality
  • Point of contact for 3rd party IT support
  • Coordinate / organise social events and charity events
  • Daily office management – supplies for kitchen and office

C80 Solutions admin support

  • Liaising with customers
  • Chasing quotes
  • Invoicing
  • General phone and email queries
  • Using relevant software for all our processes and procedures
  • All day-to-day training will be provided in-house and there will be opportunities for further development

What we can offer:

  • Overall, you can accrue up to 33 days holiday (inc. bank holidays).
    – 21 Days Holiday.
    – 8 Bank Holiday Days.
    – Each year you work for the company you will receive 1 extra day holiday added to your entitlement up to a maximum of 4 extra days.
    – On top of this you will also receive a day off for your birthday!
  • Christmas shutdown: The company shuts down for the week between Christmas & New Year, this is not deducted from your holiday allowance.

  • Workplace pension: When you join the company, after 3 months you would be auto enrolled into a pension scheme. You can opt out if you wish to do so. We offer a 3% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution.
  • Company sick pay: After the successful completion of the probationary period, employees may receive up to 8 weeks Company Sick Pay in any rolling 12-month period.
  • Buy and Sell Holiday Policy: Each year you can buy or sell up to 5 days of your holiday entitlement
